Rita Law and the True Rule of Law contain vital truths about what is law, what law is not, and the attributes that we as Guardians need to develop in order to be fully competent and restore the Golden Rule of Law on this planet.
The Golden Rule states that all law should be equal that no one is above it, all law is measured that all may learn and know it, all law is standard that it may always be applied the same, and law is a rule that prohibits or permits certain acts.
If any law contradicts these simple maxims and the Golden Rule, then there is no law.
Without the formality of law, people possess by their very being the innate sense of what is right or wrong. Basic human dignity, moral integrity and moral courage to choose what is right from wrong are not a result of rule of law, but precedes and ensures its operation.
